With respect, this has been asked on the list a number of times.  You really 
should check the archives.  Anyway, as I recall, this seems to be a known 
issue with CentOS (but of course, you'll want to double check against the 
archives :-)  ).  You can download and run hashupd.sh to correct the rkhunter 
hash table on your system.
