Running rkhunter 1.2.9 on OSX 10.4.8 (fully patched with  
softwareupdate) shows
Apache as vunerable if unpatched, and openssl 0.9.7l as unknown

How can I skip the Apache warning?
(It's not on, and I *think* Apple patched it anyway)

Do you guys need any more information to update the entries for  
openssl and gnupg?
They both have releases newer than your database I believe.
