Greetings, I recently needed to re-size a large amount of jpg's and installed image magick for the mogrify tool. I woke up this morning to email from rkhunter saying the following:
/usr/sbin/prelink: /bin/date: at least one of file's dependencies has changed since prelinking /bin/date [ BAD ] /usr/sbin/prelink: /bin/ls: at least one of file's dependencies has changed since prelinking /bin/ls [ BAD ] /usr/sbin/prelink: /usr/bin/wget: at least one of file's dependencies has changed since prelinking /usr/bin/wget [ BAD ] MD5 scan Scanned files: 50 Incorrect MD5 checksums: 3 Does this seem like an issue with the image magick install or should I be concerned about a compromisation? I'm not quite sure how the dependencies for these coreutils has changed but if this is a non-issue how can I let rkhunter know it doesn't need to have a fit every morning when scanning these binaries?
