If you run 'rkhunter --check' the log file will be correct (that is, it
reports the MOW address). If you run 'rkhunter --update' or 'rkhunter
--versioncheck' on their own, then yes, the log file reports no
mail-on-warning address despite one being configured. The MOW address
won't be used in this case.

A possible workaround when using --update/--versioncheck is to check the
return code instead. It will be non-zero if something has occurred - the
README has more details about the return code.
