I registered for the users forum and got my welcome message, but it said Welcome to the Rkhunter-users@lists.sourceforge.net mailing list! AND * PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO THIS LIST BEFORE POSTING. Didn't I just subscribe in order to get that welcome message? I'm confused!
And I sent the message below an hour ago but do not yet see it posted in the archives (the last post was on the 13th). So I wonder if I really am subscribed. I didn't get a bounce, though. Here's my question, if anyone gets it: Hi from a new member. I want to upgrade to the most recent version of Rootkit Hunter (1.3.2) but can't determine how to get it onto my server via PuTTY. I tried the command rkhunter --versioncheck but got this error: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# rkhunter --versioncheck -bash: rkhunter: command not found What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!
