Only the rkhunter maintainers can do this, so we'll just have to wait  
for them to fix it. Also the front page seems to indicate 1.3.0 is the  
current version, but it's 1.3.2 AFAIK.

All SourceForge projects have this. I don't think you can style the  
project's downloads page on SourceForge.
