Hello,

Thanks for the report. The log file will say why the prerequisites have
failed. By the look of it you haven't run RKH with the '--propupd'
option, yet the properties test has run. So RKH will see that the
properties file is missing and issue the warning. Either run RKH with
'--propupd' or disable the properties test.
