I have no idea what the above message actually means, but all that rkhunter is doing is saying that something has occurred and is causing your package manager to indicate that the file(s) have changed. You could try running something like 'prelink /usr/bin/chattr', but I suspect it will give errors. It may be that you need to reinstall the e2fsprogs/e2fsprogs-libs packages.
