First of all congratulations on the new version it installed the easiest of
all apps so far in my new Mandriva 2009 box. Next, an application has gotten
installed that created a user 'mpi' in group 'mpi'. This 'user' has no
password and has three folders in /var/lib/mpi and Mail and tmp folder. I'm
not familiar with this app as it wasn't there in my old 10.1 box but some app
has installed it. Would it be safe to set the PWDLESS_ACCOUNTS="mpi"? It seems
to stand for something called 'Message Passing Interface" I found this at the
Handling MPI on the Linux Cluster page:

password-less ssh-access: In order to be able to start up the MPI processes on
remote nodes, ssh access must be configured for password-less access within
the cluster.

Thank you
