Yes and no :-) I think RKH has enough command-line options to avoid most
system peculiarities, so there shouldn't be that much change. Having
said that I would like to rework the 'rootdir' stuff, and that could
involve an actual set of options for use with rootdir. So there could be
a few more options added. Of course, it may never happen... who can
say :-)

I think your best bet would be to put all this into the Sourceforge
tracker system for rkhunter
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=155034), and then we'll look
at it at some point. That way it won't get forgotten about.
