That's odd. I use an old version of Fedora Core, and I don't have that
problem. CentOS is a respin of RHEL, which is based upon FC. I looked
at my /etc/rkhunter.conf, and can't see anything which pops out.

I'll send you a copy of mine in a separate e-mail so you can compare.
