Prelink error output may appear but in this case it's not an issue with RKH but with prelink. John Horne got some prelink errors bugtracked and fixed upstream but I do not know if any fixes having been backported to Centos 4.x. Best check the Red Hat bug tracker and Centos 4.* fora first.
