Thanks from me too. The link indeed got broken earlier this year 
(and I think I know when), unfortunately CERT opted for retiring 
the page without providing a replacement. Luckily archive.org has a 
copy at 
http://web.archive.org/web/20080109214340/http://www.cert.org/tech_t
ips/intruder_detection_checklist.html which I frequently point to. 
We'll fix things on our end before the next RKH release.
