Thanks, the problem is fixed now. I think.
There's no file on my system called saft whatsoever. But I found a line
containing saft in /etc/inetd.conf:
#:OTHER: Other services
saft stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/sendfiled
I commented this line out (not sure I needed it?), did another rkhunter and
no warnings this time.
