I had that too. I nearly had heart failure when the 'Warning from
rkhunter' message showed up in my mailbox. I was very relieved to see that
it wasn't a "You've been pwned" message, but rather a "Your apps are out
of date; you might get pwned".

In my experience, yum repositories often lag well behind the latest version.

You may need to build from source if you want to get the latest.
