hi

cvs test results using shortlist numbers on
home desktop computer Debian Sid

1) Yes
2) Yes - Yes
3) Yes
4) Yes shows latest stable version and cvs version
5) Yes
6) Yes shows "skipped" if test application not found
7) I preferred to read this as meaning
run propupd before making a change
make changes, add files etc
run rkhunter -c -sk
check log...........changes are detected
8) Yes, done before replacing with my tuned conf file
9) (a) for hash change ......conf file suggests also do a propupd so before
and after md5sums show they now differ
9b) I am not interested in a default conf re-run so re-ran rkhunter -c -sk and
log reports now using md5sums and test is OK

regards
