this command did not worked :
rkhunter --propupd /sbin/fsck
Filename is not in the "rkhunter.dat" file: /sbin/fsck

but i found that :

rkhunter --pkgmgr RPM --propupd e2fsprogs
rkhunter --pkgmgr RPM --propupd net-tools

solved the problem...

Somehow, the updated rkhunter.dat provided by the yum update of CentOS 
5.5 was not correct..
