Most of these are warnings which occur when you update various software
packages and your operating system. They are neither false-positive or
an indication something is wrong, it shows Rkhunter is performing it's
tasks.
However, some of these warnings will remain even after you perform the
--propupd suggested by Rkhunter.
You may need to "White List" the following items listed as warnings,
each Liunux system has a different set of these:
Warning: Suspicious file types found in /dev:
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/started-remotefs: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/ifup-eth0: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/if-eth0: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/config-eth0: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/ifup-lo: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/if-lo: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/config-lo: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/started: ASCII text
          /dev/.sysconfig/network/new-stamp-2: ASCII text
> Warning: Hidden directory found: '/dev/.sysconfig'

Good Luck
