The BINDIR option specifies the PATH that rkhunter is to use. It is
generally based on the root path. Use of '.' in the path is not
recommended as it posses a security risk.

If you have set BINDIR in your rkhunter config file, then remove the '.'
from that. If it is defaulting to your root PATH, then I would suggest
removing it from your root settings (this is your choice though) or
setting BINDIR explicitly in your rkhunter config file so that is
doesn't include the '.' path.
