Hi

Going through the archives, I found that some1 also received this error.
It is apparently from having more than 1 version, I read. Here's some
output from my CentOS server:

root@server [/usr/local/bin]# rkhunter --update
root@server [/usr/local/bin]# rkhunter --update
[ Rootkit Hunter version 1.3.0 ]

Checking rkhunter version...
  This version : 1.3.0
  Latest version: 1.4.2
  Update available
root@server [/usr/local/bin]#

Can some1 explain what is happening? It states that version 1.4.2 is
available, so how can I update? I thought the *--update* argument would do
that - no! (Notice no output 1st try.)
BTW, I only just used *rkhunter *4 the 1st time, scan reported no errors,
then when I did rkhunter --update and scanned again then I got errors!
Also I did a breif edit of /etc/rkhunter.conf afterwards, fixed a few
options - same results.
