So it is changed. I'd suggest:
mv /etc/rkhunter.conf /etc/rkhunter.conf.changed
reinstall rkhunter package
diff -u /etc/rkhunter.conf /etc/rkhunter.conf.changed
and see what was changed. Then these changes if needed should be put
into a new file /etc/rkhunter.conf.local.
