on my PC openSUSE 13.2 64bit in /usr/bin is : -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 10584 Sep 29 00:24 /usr/bin/lsattr .............. - i notice that there are 2 rpms at : http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=lsattr&submit=Search+... ..........
