rpm -q rkhunter
rkhunter-1.4.0-11.1.2.armv7hl

It turns out message NETWORK_PROMISC_NO_IP was renamed, presumably with
1.4.1 or 1.4.2.

So the published message lists are up to date because users are
encouraged to run --update frequently, and then rkhunter doesn't work any
more because the program itself doesn't update and the variable data
no longer matches. Sorry to ask, but guys, are you serious about this
kind of development model? Put another way, this is a security tool -
but if the checks it performs are at the level of message handling I might
as well uninstall it.

At least the utf8 encoding has been fixed - thanks, but a security tool
crashing at the site of some text string wasn't looking so good.

Cheers,

Volker
