Hash:/bin/perl /usr/local/lib/rkhunter/scripts/filehashsha.pl Digest::MD5 0 in /var/lib/rkhunter/db/rkhunter.dat Since it's not really time-consuming or destructive to do so, perhaps try uninstalling and re-installing rkhunter?
