No, these mails were not meant to go to the list. Yes, such requests
will be filtered automatically in the future (I simply got the
filter rule wrong on the first attempt).

Also, yes, I'm preparing to move our issue tracking from SF.net to
bugs.kde.org. More on that, once there is something to see.
