It's simply the one we have... 2) The CSS file to use is set in rk.set.output.html.file() (and at any rate, it will be a bit difficult to change after output has been initialized). Would it be more useful to allow specification in rk.set.output.html.file(), or in the settings UI? (3): Should the output initialization _copy_ the CSS file to the output directory, instead of linking to the system-wide one? Advantages: Easier to distribute, easier to customize.
