While I'm _still_ waiting for my compilation to finish (macports waited
all night for me to answer "This will install dependencies x, y,
and z. Continue [Y/n]"), you could test whether you can add any other
icons for these buttons at rkward/misc/rkstandardicons.cpp
("ActionAddRight", and "ActionRemoveLeft").
