Hm, ok, seems either R is not installed on the CI machine, or it is not found.
Should R be installed, there, the relevant cmake flag to help find it is
`-DR_EXECUTABLE=SOMEWHERE/R.exe`. I have no idea how that would be added to the
CI pipeline.
