Done in 0.4.9 and trunk (wonder if this was a wise idea).
meik please check if it is done correct. Methinks right now you are the only 
one who can do this.
(I did not yet enable it during the installation, will prepare the next days).
I merged your irt.map to underdevelopment.pluginmap (changed the code formating 
a bit) and separated 
the folders to /plot/irt/tests (and so on, containing only the plots) and 
/analysis/irt/tests (and 
so on, containing only the analysis plug-ins). Hope you consent. Thus in future 
please use these 
folder structures. Hope Thomas consents here too (he prefers flat folder 
structures) but I think 
for the moment being it's okay, easier to maintain and work on.
