I'm always reluctant about adding anything to the toolbar. Tool bars get 
crowded so quickly. We should perhaps have a more general discussion on what 
should / should not be placed in the toolbars by default. Feel free to start 
that discussion, if you have some ideas.

So I did not do that, so far. But I did place the action in the Workspace menu 
and Workspace Browser context menu. (In the SVN version).

BTW, toolbars are now user-configurable.
