well, i'm a bit surprised myself, but i'm done already. there are several new 
internal functions that hanlde the creation and removal of temp dirs, and as 
far as i can tell they work really fine :-)

at some point i noticed we needed separate dirs for each test suite, but this 
is taken care of. i had no problems with neither running tests, which now also 
tells you the temp folder that was used, nor setting test standards 
afterwards. please test this especially on other operating systems, to see if 
the dir creation and paths behave as expected (when did you do your last 
backup? ...).

i've also moved .rk.rerun.plugin.link.replacement to the internal part and 
replaced it with a proper function, rktest.replaceRunAgainLink(), which can 
also revert to the original state if called with "restore=TRUE".

ain't that sweet? ;-)
