works for me. I've just tried it with a fresh download on a Windows 7 computer, and I've used it at least with Windows XP, without problems, before. Perhaps a broken download? File size should be 130475652 bytes, md5sum is f75ee8c5bcf50e080c4ad9514d74412b . I did note that the progress bar gets stuck at 10% for a number of seconds. Perhaps at this point a particularly lare file needs to be extracted.
