i think "make webdocs" is broken at the moment, right? however, i updated the 
WWW docs shortly before to the 0.5.7 state of things.

yes, although the commit happened more like a reflex after i went through the 
thing... i'm glad it didn't revert any fixes.

i also mostly changed entries to adhere the official KDE docbook guidelines, 
like converting <section></section> to <sectN></sectN>, or replacing "stuff" 
with <quote>stuff</quote>, although i didn't finish that yet. i also 
introduced some usage of <note></note> and <tip></tip>, and there's still some 
places where similar things might help.
