In general, if you use a custom compile of R, you should also use a custom 
compile of rkward. See http://p.sf.net/rkward/compiling for instructions. Make 
particular note of the "-DR_EXECUTABLE=..." cmake option, and don't hesitate 
to ask for help, if you get stuck.
