great, i added this to SVN already, and a package check now runs fine :-)

as a side-effect, roxyPackage gained the new option 'Rcmd.options', so in the
meantime 'Rcmd.options=c(check="--no-examples")' could be used to circumvent
the problem.

i've just added that, and did some other few adjustments to the package
(nothing which should affect its functionality, though).
