i'm afraid that currently there is no real i18n menchanism for plugins. we 
have talked about ways to do this occasionly, but didn't find the perfect 
solution yet.

for the time being, a plugin is in the language that it was written in.

if you have any suggestions how this missing feature should be implemented 
we're all ears!
