either there's something i overlooked, or this doesn't work for me. my
environment seems to be fine:
> options(".rk.suppress.toc")
$.rk.suppress.toc
[1] TRUE
however, i still get the full TOC load when running tests, so most if them
fail. it's supposed to work out-of-the-box, right?
