I have changed the installation bundle, so that RKWard will start in C:\Documents and Settings\username\.rkward instead of C:\Documents and Settings\username\ . Of course, this is just a workaround, but until there is a proper fix, this should make it much less likely for an unsuspecting user to run into the problem, and I guess it's still an ok choice of starting directory.
