That's what I did in my Mageia 4 system:
1. Install kde-l10n-zh_CN package.
2. Open System Settings "Locale" page and switch the language ("Languages"
tab) to Chinese Simplified.
3. Run rkward.
Results can be seen on the following screenshot (Ukrainian parts are due
to restarted KDE, sorry I'm very limited with time now because of the
tragical incidents in my country):
