Hi Thomas, It took forever to delete the old version (I should have restarted; there were some processes running which I only found at the very end). When I restarted RKWard.exe, the IDE opened without a hitch and I could open an existing file, display the data, etc.! So: tomorrow I may be able to try to use RKWard to do some work!!
Thank you again for all your patience. Oh! One question: what is the 'orthodox' pronunciation of RKWard? (I find myself using something which sounds like 'awkward'...) best wishes, Peter ---------------------- Peter Mayer Discipline of Politics & International Studies (POLIS) School of History & Politics http://www.arts.adelaide.edu.au/historypolitics/ The University of Adelaide, AUSTRALIA 5005 Ph : +61 8 8313 5609 Fax : +61 8 8313 3443 e-mail: peter.ma...@adelaide.edu.au CRICOS Provider Number 00123M ----------------------------------------------------------- This email message is intended only for the addressee(s) and contains information that may be confidential and/or copyright.
