---Problem description---

I cannot install any package

Not even through console and after put a known issue:

> "setInternet2(TRUE)"
[1] "setInternet2(TRUE)"
> install.packages("R2HTML")
Warning in install.packages("R2HTML") :
  'lib = "C:/Program Files/R/R-3.1.2/library"' is not writable

-What - in detail - did you do directly before you encountered this problem?

I have intalled last versions of R (3.1.2) KDE and Rkward in woindows 8.

 I got just one issue. When I tried to install rkward, it said that could not
be possible to open this file "
libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll
I omited it and then It was installed.
When I run rkward i got the following message inside Ms-dos window (black
window):
warning: QFileinfo: : absolute path: constructed with empty filenamewarning:
QFileinfo: : absolute path: constructed with empty filenamewarning: QFileinfo:
: absolute path: constructed with empty filenamewarning: QFileinfo: : absolute
path: constructed with empty filenamewarning: QFileinfo: : absolute path:
constructed with empty filename

But the progam runs

-When you try to repeat the above, does the problem occur again (no, sometimes,
always)?

It happen always

-If applicable: When doing the same thing in an R session outside of RKWard, do
you see the same problem?

I do not know how to use R

-Do you have any further information that might help us to track this problem
down? In particular, if applicable, can you provide sample data and sample R
code to reproduce this problem?
