Windows 9x does not support sym links so this is an error on the developers
of this distroubtion.
Windows 2000 does have some type of symbolic link support but not 9x or ME
clients.

I don't know how to fix this type of problem on a CDROM but if it's on a
hard dirve then you could try copying the real lfiles on top of the link and
see if it does away with the link and uses the real file. You may need to rm
the link firest then copy the real file to the exact folder the link was in.
Do that for all links :)
