Question about the development tools. I've looked in:

/pub/linux/redmondlinux/build41b/rl/install/RPMS

I don't see any gcc packages. Is this available from
the RL ftp site as an rpm?

I've never installed gcc from "scratch", usually it's
in some kind of package format...a .bff for AIX or
package format for Solaris or an rpm for linux.

I'd like to try and compile the source for pilot-link
and possibly jpilot to see if I can get the USB and/or
IR working on my laptop to my PDA.

Thanks.
