Yes nero works very well for ISO images, but it is not automatic. You need to open Nero, close any wizard or dialog boxes that open, then navigate to File/Burn Image. Then navigate to the image file you want to burn. If it doesn't show up in the dialog box, you may need to set the "file types" box at the bottom to "all file types".
