Hi! You can install it no problem, just be sure that 1) you don't install RL boot loader and you configure your existing boot loader (LILO, Grub, ...) to be able to boot also RL 2) You're lucky and the installer detects all of your actual boot options, so you simple replace your actual one (advice, backup your existing configuration, just in case...)
Choose manual partitioning, so you always control what you're doing (careful with format :-)) Best regards DPT-Bruno Alves SEW-EURODRIVE PORTUGAL Tel: 231209670 / Tlm: 934920818 Fax: 231203685 mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.sew-eurodrive.pt > ----- Mensagem original ----- > De: Texstar [SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Enviada em: domingo, 6 de Janeiro de 2002 4:19 > Para: RedmondLunix > Assunto: [rl-users] A question > > Ok, I have a big ole nasty 40 gig drive broken down as follows: > > 10 gig Winders > 10 gig Redhat 7.2 > 10 gig Mandrake 8.1 > 10 gig Free. > > I want to drop Redmond Linux on that 10 gig free.
