Dar tot nu am inteles daca asta ma poate ajuta sa aflu cat din timpul
microprocesorului ocupa un anumit program.
Pai nu e exact pentru ca pe tine te intereseaza ce s-a intimplat
cu rabla aia in ultimile 10-15-60 secunde. Daca procesul a rulat 10 zile
si pina acum o zi a rupt cpu-ul in 2 inseamna ca un ps va arata acolo
cpu usage 90%, ceea ce e inexact din punctul de vedere al momentului
actual.
