Atit pe FC2 cit si pe FC5 ai kernel 2.6.x si iptables care sa mearga ok cu el. Poate l-ai configurat aiurea, poate i-ai dat calea gresit spre iptables, poate cind l-ai compilat nu ai inclus suport de iptables, etc.
