Nu cred ca mai conteaza raspunsul la intrebare, decat eventual cu scop didactic.

Ce se intamplase: aveam ~145k interrupts/second, la un trafic de
100kbit/s prin server (vezi output2), waaay too high. Intreruperile
cica erau cauzate de eth1 (vezi output3). Dupa un reboot, problema a
disparut, sistemul nu mai "vede" eth1, iar dmesgu-u zice asa:

8139too: 0000:04:09.0: Chip not responding, ignoring board
8139too: probe of 0000:04:09.0 failed with error -5

Deci, maine inlocuiesc placa :)
