orientate spre servere, in special Linux/FreeBSD.

Required skills:
* people skills (yes, I know it's tough)
* customer care background is a big plus
* Linux/FreeBSD know-how (intermediate to power user)
* software testing/bugfinding know-how is a plus
* good understanding of network protocols
* experience with a wide range of MTAs
* Very good English. Other languages are of course a plus
