Vezi sa nu fi ramas exportata variabila QMAILQUEUE pentru qmail-smtpd.
Din man 8 qmail-queue:
"Programs included with qmail which invoke qmail-queue will
invoke the contents of $QMAILQUEUE instead, if that environment
variable is set."
